Claims Process

In the unlikely event that the consignment is delivered short or damaged please contact our Administration Department within 4 working days to notify the company verbally of your intention to make a claim. A full written submission along with claused POD and manufactured value must be sent to the company as soon as possible for the process to start. We will endeavour to deal with all incidents as swiftly as insurance companies permit.

Your customer must endorse the delivery note accordingly upon receipt of the goods at the delivery point. Unfortunately we are unable to process claims without a claused signature on the POD. The words "Unchecked" or similar are not accepted as claused.
