Information Technology now plays a very important role in the distribution industry.

At JO Transport we have invested in the best software and equipment to keep our customers informed as to where their goods are at all times.

Consignments can be booked in for collection on line and proof of deliveries can be accessed via the internet as part of our standard communications package.

On-Line Booking and Tracking

JO Transport offer our customer base a fully visible, value added service including live online pallet tracking, live signature capture and on-line booking. IT plays a major part of our ability to give good service and we will continue to strive to constantly improve what we offer our customers.

Pallet Track and Trace

Consignments can be tracked and traced at any stage of the delivery process in Pallet-Track. As the consignment passes through the delivery process customers will receive status updates finishing with a Signature.

Placing Orders

Booking for collections from BL, OL & M postcodes must be booked by 12.00hrs on the day that collection is required. Please notify us if you have collections after this time - we may be able to help.

Any alterations or cancellations to your original request must be communicated to our transport department as soon as possible to ensure your requirements can be met. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation charge.
