JO Ltd will charge clients according to the size of pallet, the number of pallets transported to an agreed destination and the service level provided. Prices are taken from the tariff issued to a client at the start of our trading agreement.
The tariff may be reviewed at regular intervals relative to economic conditions and subject to any changes in trading arrangements between the two parties.
Prices are agreed against a fixed fuel price, when the price of fuel increases or decreases JO retain the right to adjust pricing in line with the increase in the price of fuel. All planned increases will be communicated with the client prior to implementation. The increase for fuel may be introduced as a temporary measure by means of a surcharge if the rise in price is significant and quite sudden. If a fuel surcharge is to be levied then this will also be communicated by the correct channels.
