PRICING POLICY

Pallet Delivery Times

Across the majority of the UK we deliver a next day service between 9.00am and 5.00pm - the exceptions are:
Glasgow, Edinburgh & Cornwall - Deliveries from approximately 10.30am.
Specified timed deliveries can be arranged when booking the consignment, they will carry a surcharge.

Pallet Collections

Collection times may vary depending on the area. If the driver making the collection from your premises is concerned with the condition of the consignment to be transported, you will be informed of their concern and a decision will be made between yourself and JO transport staff as to the action that needs to be taken.

Taillift Delivery/Collections

A tail lift delivery can be requested when there is no forklift available on site. A pallet up to 1000kgs in weight can be taillifted. Please ensure pallets used have four way entry.
Taillift deliveries only cover the removal of the pallet / goods from the vehicle to the entrance of the customer premises, dependent on good access for LGVs and surface covering being suitable to move goods along the ground. Loose stone or uneven ground is unacceptable.

Resolution of Issues

In the unlikely event that there are any issues at the delivery or collection point, this will be communicated to you by our transport department. We will allow a reasonable amount of time to resolve any queries. The resolution of these issues or any delay caused may result in an extra charge.

Weekend and Bank Holiday Deliveries

We are able to offer a delivery service on every day of the year apart from Christmas Day. If you have a specific requirement for a delivery to take place during a weekend or a bank holiday or even out of hours please contact our transport department for a quotation
